Bangkok city
Meaningful change begins with open dialogue. Our events bring together people from diverse backgrounds. From students, professionals, policymakers, and community members, to listen, share, and connect without fear of judgment. By fostering environments where every voice is heard and every story matters, we empower individuals to care for their mental health and support the well-being of others. One conversation may seem small, but together, they create ripples of understanding, empathy, and hope.

Promote mental health awareness
Spark open, stigma-free conversations to build empathy and normalize mental well-being across Bangkok.

Provide Tools and Knowledge
Equip individuals and communities with practical, evidence-based tools to support everyday mental health.

Healing
Healing is deeply personal, but also profoundly communal. This panel explores how personal journeys of mental health challenges and recovery can inspire new ways of caring—for ourselves and others. Together, we’ll bridge the wisdom of lived experience with professional insight to understand what it means to truly heal in today’s world. Healing is not just a path we walk alone—it’s something we can co-create.

Optimism
Optimism grows from the stories of those who’ve dared to imagine better. This session brings together individuals whose lived experiences sparked new dialogues, along with changemakers advancing mental health through policy, innovation, and partnership. Through both personal testimony and systemic impact, we’ll explore how hope is not just a feeling—it’s a force.

Possibilities
What if the future of mental health was shaped by those who’ve lived through its gaps? This panel invites people with lived experience, experts, and policymakers to co-imagine a future where mental health is inclusive, accessible, and people-centered. The conversation will move from bold ideas to practical pathways, ensuring that every voice contributes to a shared vision of what’s possible. Because the future belongs to those brave enough to reimagine it.

Empowerment
Empowerment begins with being seen—and grows when we feel we belong. This session showcases how lived experience, advocacy, and inclusive design come together to create environments where people feel safe, heard, and valued. Experts and policymakers will reflect on what it takes to make systems more equitable, while individuals share how they transformed struggle into strength. Because when we empower people to be their full selves, we all rise.
